Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Brain Boost Cube Club is a fully digital service — there is nothing physical shipped. This page explains how and when you receive access to the Club after your payment goes through.

What is “delivered”

Your ₹1,999 monthly membership gives you access to:

  • The class WhatsApp group — where all class links, updates, and coach communication happen.
  • Live Zoom classes on Saturday & Sunday, 4:30–5:30 PM IST (8 classes over the enrolled month).
  • The monthly Practice Tracker PDF.
  • The month’s Algorithm Notes PDF.
  • Class recordings, available during the active month.

Delivery timeline

Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay:

  • Immediately — you are redirected to a confirmation page and receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email.
  • Within 24 hours — Yash sends the WhatsApp group invite to the number you provided at checkout, along with the current month’s Practice Tracker and Algorithm Notes PDFs.
  • Before your first class — the Zoom link for the first live class is shared in the WhatsApp group.

Not receiving the WhatsApp invite?

If you have not been added to the WhatsApp group within 24 hours of payment, please:

  1. Check that the number you entered at checkout is correct and active on WhatsApp.
  2. Message Yash on WhatsApp with your parent name, child name, and payment reference — we will add you manually.

Physical shipping

We do not ship any physical items. Cubes recommended for the month are purchased separately by the parent from the retailer of their choice — the WhatsApp group includes specific model recommendations and typical price ranges (₹200–500 per cube).

Access duration

Access to the WhatsApp group, live classes, and recordings is provided for the enrolled month. There is no auto-renewal — access for the following month begins only when the next month’s payment is completed.

International access

All classes are conducted live in India Standard Time (IST). Parents outside India are welcome to enrol, subject to timezone compatibility. Payment via Razorpay supports Indian rupee cards, UPI, and netbanking — international card support depends on the issuing bank.
